Interested in being part of Northgate Yard?

The £16 million Northgate Yard development in the heart of Bridgwater town centre will provide more than 12,000 sq ft of flexible restaurant space in four high quality restaurant units available to let to a mix of dining brands.

This eagerly anticipated development already has anchor tenants in place – a 7-screen state of the art cinema, bowling alley and sports bar driving day and evening visitors of all ages – an estimated 200,000 cinema goers and 80,000 bowlers every year.

With 750 car parking spaces available at the site or in a short walking distance, Northgate Yard is set to become a key entertainment and dining destination in the heart of Bridgwater town centre. The development is due for completion in Autumn 2022.

The four restaurant units vary in size from 2,443 sqft to 3,488 sqft, each with substantial outdoor dining space in the landscaped grounds.
